DISCREET SHIPPING POLICIES
NOTICE: Due to the pandemic and resulting personnel and supply chain issues, packages may take longer than normal to ship, and longer than normal to be delivered. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to get your Rabbit to you as quickly as possible! :)
Packaging: For your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of it's contents. We package using plain brown boxes or padded manila envelopes.
Free Shipping: All domestic orders over $100.00 qualify for free USPS shipping. During the checkout process, be sure to take advantage of this offer by selecting the free shipping option!
PO Boxes: If you choose a PO Box address as your shipping destination, your order MUST be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. During checkout, please choose USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail as your shipping option to avoid shipping delays.
International Shipping: Orders to be shipped outside of the United States are shipped via your choice of USPS Express International (average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days) or USPS Priority International (average delivery time is 6 to 12 business days) or other international shipping carriers depending on the destination country. All products that we sell on our website are legal in the United States, however, if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by customs. International customers may wish to check customs regulations and laws within the destination country before placing an order. Buy at your own risk!
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to health and sanitation requirements, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept cancellations, as once the item is picked up by the shipping carrier, we cannot re-stock any items that are returned to us, even if the box is un-opened. If you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@therabbitvibrator.com, and include the details of your order and defective product. Our support representatives can then provide you with the correct contact information for the manufacturer, and any warranties associated with the defective item.
